The Authentication Failed; the Authentication Is Stale Please Try Again
Blackboard supports third-political party tools through Building Cake (B2) and Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI) integrations. These integrations allow single-sign on betwixt third-party content or services or improve teacher/student efficiency past streamlining usage or synchronizing grades. Most LTI tools work exactly as expected and designed.
We are aware of five (five) types of errors with LTI tools:

Blackboard is aware of these issues and has identified a futurity fix, but not a specific timeline. Until such fourth dimension as we know the result is resolved, nosotros recommend:
- Users should NOT click the launch button if presented. When the launch page opens, Blackboard has started to authenticate the user into the associated LTI application. Performance as Designed: Not a Known Issue with LTI
