The Before: "Business Home"
My hubby and I recently closed on a second dwelling house with a couple of our business partners, and I couldn't WAIT to show you the "Earlier."
Often times, the majority of concern meetings are held inside minutes of this location, and it became a no-brainer when the talk of possibly purchasing a "business home," in the area, came up.
You lot see, the home volition be occupied by men near of the time, with occasional meetings and pocket-size business organisation client "get-togethers."
{But in that location IS a Nordstrom Rack side by side door, so keeping the wives out of the domicile from time to time, may be a struggle. 😉 }
It wasn't long before my hubby was request me to help with the interior design portion, and then it would accept less of a chance to resemble a college dorm room. 🙂
{My hubby and I do make a pretty good team these days. If you've been on our dwelling tour, you'll know that he'southward remarkable at edifice, creating the design, and selecting finishes. I on the other mitt, like to fill up it all in with practical pretties, when it's time.}
By checking out the paint colors and some of the finishes, I call back the previous possessor and I would exist BFF . I mean… a imperial dining room wall with a glam chandelier???? Totally.
But the glam finishes may NOT exist what the guys are looking for.
Even though I dice at the thought of watching them entertain clients with such fancy-schmancy digs.

Back patio. {I retrieve I'm MOST excited about this area. Cleaning it up, and making it an outdoor space you won't want to go out.}
Any tips on how to keep my husband from desire to put an elk mount in this staircase? 😉
Oh the lovely popcorn ceiling. I'thousand fairly certain this will be going bye-bye, if there's time.
Let's get exterior:
Quite possibly one of the well-nigh awesome things nearby {besides the fantabulous shopping options}, are the club houses. Pools! My kids volition DEFINITELY benefit from this, during the summer. 
The walking trails, fountains, ducks… nearby… will for SURE win-over my little guys' hearts.
I can't wait to share the whole decorating journey with you all, and get your help with decisions. So tell me… what ideas do you already have for this place?
